Please agree to the following terms and conditions before booking any treatment

1. You are 18 years or over and can provide photographic ID upon arrival. No refunds will be made if you fail to provide this.
2. You agree that your deposit is non-refundable. Bookings can be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours notice. 
3. You confirm that you are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
4. You agree to notify us of any allergies that you have and previous medical history, prior to treatment.
5. You confirm that you have not had any COVID-19 symptoms, within the last 14 days and have not been in contact with anyone infected.

• Please come to your appointment alone, unless special arrangement has been made with us prior.

• If you are more than 10 minutes late, you appointment will be cancelled and you will lose your deposit.

• If you have booked an anti-wrinkle treatment and you are a new client, you must have a consultation with our prescriber prior to your appointment.
