How do I book an appointment?
Visit the Treatments tab to view our range of treatments and book your appointment.
Can I be treated if I am under the age of 18?
We will not treat anybody under the age of 18, regardless of parental consent. Photographic ID will be required.
Is there parking available?
There is parking available at either Aldi or St Mary’s Lane
Do I need to book a consultation before booking filler?
If you are confident in the treatment you are after, you are able to book straight away. Consultations are carried out before every appointment.
Do I need a consultation before having anti-wrinkle treatment?
Yes. You will need a consultation with our prescriber, prior to any anti-wrinkle treatment.
Is my deposit refundable?
No. Once your deposit has been paid, you cannot receive a refund for a missed or cancelled appointment.
Can I reschedule an appointment, without losing my deposit?
Yes. You can reschedule an appointment up to 48 hours before any scheduled treatment.
Can I have treatment whilst pregnant or breastfeeding?
No. We are unable to treat any patients that are pregnant or breastfeeding.
